- 1280 g boiled tomatoes, peeled and seedless

- 350 ml distilled white vinegar
- 225 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp tomato puree Optional
Instructions
- Use a large pot of water over medium heat, and add tomatoes to the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer tomatoes into cold water, Slip off the skins, squeeze out the seeds and set aside
